Current Focus
Throughline — Agentic AI / RPA Consulting
2026 – Present | Done-for-you AI automation for B2B teams
Process audit → agent/workflow-automation build → managed retainer, for teams that want AI automation with a real audit trail rather than a black-box bot.
- Reliability layer: a reasoning harness + verifier benchmarked across three model providers (Claude, Gemini, gpt-oss) — not a single-model black box.
- Positioning: AI audit trail / agent-access-governance, differentiated from opaque RPA vendors.
- Tooling: Claude Code, n8n, Zapier, Make, custom MCP servers.
- Industry impact: agentic automation is spreading fast, but most teams can't explain what an agent actually did — this gives them a real audit trail instead of a black box.
Acortia — Company Brain SaaS
2026 – Present | Live beta · YC F26 track
A Discord-integrated company brain for AI-native founders: save context once, then ask grounded questions and get answers that cite their sources.
- What it does: retrieval-augmented answers across Notion, Discord, Gmail, GitHub, and PDFs — every answer names the documents it came from.
- ICP & pricing: solo and 1–3 person AI-native founders. $99/month flat per workspace, cancel anytime.
- Stack: Fastify + TypeScript · Supabase (pgvector + RLS) · Claude API (Opus + Haiku) · OpenAI embeddings · Discord · Stripe · Render
- Public demo: an interactive Company Brain on the marketing site — pick a question, read the cited answer, no signup gate.
- Competitive lens: where others go enterprise, Acortia goes founder-first — flat price, no seats, no sales call.
- Industry impact: most "company brain" tools assume an enterprise buyer with a data team; Acortia targets the much larger population of solo and small AI-native teams that enterprise RAG tools ignore.
Shipped & Live
Incultnito Studio — Design-to-Merch Workflow
Live | Product Hunt launched May 2026
AI workflow software that turns a creative brief into merch-ready concepts with preset-guided operators.
- Flow: brief → preview → export, on a locked status pipeline (draft → final_flat → print_ready)
- Stack: Next.js · Cloudflare Workers/Pages · Supabase · Cloudinary · OpenAI + Gemini image generation · Stripe · Printful
- Storefront: custom Stripe-powered shop (no Shopify) with Printful fulfillment
- Distribution: multi-platform social automation (Buffer + Meta Graph API)
- Industry impact: AI image tools promise speed but skip the print-production constraints (bleed, DPI, spot color); Studio's pipeline is built around an actual manufacturing handoff, not just a pretty render.
MCP Registry + Vouch — Trust Layer for MCP Servers
Live | CLI published to npm
An npm-style registry for Model Context Protocol servers, with an OWASP-MCP-Top-10 trust score on every listing.
- Trust badge: a 0–100 score + A–F grade per server — the moat
- CLI:
mcpr scan <cmd|url>(@incultnitollc/mcpr) - Stack: pnpm + Turbo monorepo · Next.js · Cloudflare Pages · Supabase · scheduled scoring crons on Render
- Industry impact: MCP servers are spreading with almost no vetting; a public 0–100 trust score gives builders a way to sanity-check a server before they run it.
Ziying English — ESL Learning Platform
Production live | Taiwan
Multi-role learning platform for a Taiwanese cram school: structured lessons, AI-generated homework with auto-grading, and progress tracking.
- Scale: 810 lessons across 16 tiers; 5-role auth (student, parent, teacher, manager, admin)
- AI: Claude-powered homework generation + auto-grading, text-to-speech oral practice, and a live GEPT-aligned speaking-assessment AI judge
- Stack: React + TypeScript · Cloudflare Pages · Node/Express · Render · Supabase (Auth + RLS)
- Industry impact: Taiwan's cram-school market runs largely on manual grading and paper worksheets; this gives one school AI-graded homework and a live speaking-assessment judge most competitors don't have yet.
homeboys.app — Friendship for Men 30+
Live beta
Helping men over 30 make real friends through shared activities — with strong safety and privacy defaults, not swiping.
- Trust & safety: phone-verified onboarding (Twilio Verify), DM and evening interaction gates, self-serve account deletion
- Stack: Supabase (Postgres, Auth, RLS, Edge Functions) · Twilio Verify · Cloudflare Pages
- Industry impact: most social apps optimize for swiping, not showing up; homeboys bets that activity-first, safety-gated design beats another feed for men specifically.
Open Source
mcp-probe — MCP Diagnostics CLI
Published to npm · v1.2.0
One command inspects any Model Context Protocol server and returns a pass/fail health scorecard. Library exports for programmatic use.
- Package: @incultnitollc/mcp-probe · multi-transport (stdio, SSE, HTTP)
- GitHub: PengSpirit/mcp-doctor · MIT
cc-bridge — Session Bridge for Claude Code
Published to npm · v0.1.0
A JSONL bridge that lets two local Claude Code sessions pass messages in real time — one window listens, one sends.
- Package: @incultnitollc/cc-bridge · global CLI binary
Founder Mindset
I have no engineering background. That constraint forced me to clarify my thinking — every product decision must be defensible to a non-technical founder (me). My obsessions:
- Unit economics — not vanity metrics.
- Vertical slices — ship one thing end-to-end before breadth.
- Operational clarity — every step must be executable by a non-engineer.
- Shipping speed — constraint forces ruthless prioritization.
Operational Discipline
Infrastructure & Cost
Migrated off Vercel Pro to Cloudflare Pages/Workers. Eliminated Render overages. Custom Stripe storefronts instead of hosted platforms. Lean, mostly free-tier baseline.
Finance & Compliance
Wyoming LLC (EIN + ITIN). Mercury + Wise for US banking from Taiwan. Interactive Brokers for investments. Manager.io for bookkeeping with nightly Mercury sync.
Entity note, stated plainly: the operating entity is a Wyoming LLC, not a Delaware C-Corp. That's a fine, cheap structure for running the business today — it doesn't support SAFEs or a priced equity round, which need a C-Corp. That conversion is a real, open decision, gated on an attorney consult, not yet made.
Tech Stack (Frozen & Defended)
Node.js 20 + TypeScript strict. Fastify / Express / Next.js. APIs: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Stripe, Discord.js. Database: Supabase (pgvector + RLS). Hosting: Cloudflare Workers/Pages + Render. Assets: Cloudinary.
Background
Non-technical founder in Taiwan, building AI-native products full-stack through constraint-driven workflows. Active in the YC founder community and the open-source MCP ecosystem. Eight products shipped; three published to npm.
What's Next
Nightfall Bestiary — Faceless Video Channel
Not yet built
A second faceless YouTube channel: scary Asian mythology, explained through a host character's encounters with each monster. Name locked, voice-gen and video-gen stack researched. Blocked on setting up a new Google account before build starts.
homegirls — Women's Counterpart to homeboys.app
Built, not deployed
Same activity-first, safety-gated model as homeboys, for women. Code is done — held back on a production database migration and review pass, not a product decision.
Questions Investors Ask
Are you currently raising?
No — I'm not running an external round right now. Fundraising research for Acortia was shelved in July 2026 pending the C-Corp conversion decision above; it's parked, not dead.
Why a Wyoming LLC instead of a Delaware C-Corp?
It's cheap and simple to run a bootstrapped, self-funded business through — which is what this has been so far. It genuinely can't take a priced round or SAFEs, and converting is a real, attorney-gated decision I haven't made yet. I'd rather say that plainly than paper over it.
What traction can you share?
Several products are live in production today — Incultnito Studio, MCP Registry + Vouch, Ziying English, homeboys.app. I don't publish specific usage or revenue numbers on this page; happy to go deeper in a real conversation.
What's the team?
Just me, right now — no co-founders or hires yet. See "Founder Mindset" above for how a non-technical background shapes how I build.
What are you looking for?
Mostly customers and collaborators at this stage, not capital. If you're building something adjacent, I'd rather talk about that than a pitch.
